Creating the Proposal

  1. Navigate to the Party’s page. (Need help finding it? Click here.)

  2. In the timeline, click the +New Action button.

  3. Select NFT Sale from the menu.

  4. Select the NFT you’d like to sell, and click Next.

  5. Select “OpenSea” from the menu, and click Next.

  6. Choose between a Fixed Price listing or a Dutch Auction, then set the pricing details for the NFT.

  7. Choose a listing duration. This is how long the item will be available for sale.

  8. Click Create Proposal.

  9. Confirm the transaction in your wallet.

  10. Your proposal will now be visible in the Party’s timeline. Make sure to tell other members of your Party about the proposal to make sure people have a chance to vote on it.

Executing the Proposal (NFT crowdfunds only)

This section only applies to Parties started via an NFT Purchase crowdfund. If your Party was started via an Flexible Crowdfund or Membership Mint, the following details do not apply.

Once your proposal has passed, there are three steps in listing and selling the item from start to finish.

  1. List the item for safety auction. To do this, find the proposal and click the purple button labeled List for Safety Auction, then confirm the transaction in your wallet.

This step ensures fair pricing before the item is listed on OpenSea.

  2. List the item on OpenSea. After the safety auction period is over, you can list the item on OpenSea. To do this, find the proposal and click the purple button labeled List on OpenSea, then confirm the transaction in your wallet.

    1. Note: If a bid was placed and the item sold via the safety auction, skip to step 3.

  3. Finalize the proposal. The proposal must be finalized in order to allow future proposals to be executed. To do this, find the proposal and click the purple button labeled Finalize. You can do this once the item sells on OpenSea or once the listing expires.
